Among the typical gastronomic traditions of the Sicilian territory, granita is perhaps the best known and appreciated all over the world. It is a simple and genuine preparation, which Gelato Sicily prepares with the traditional method.
Throughout eastern Sicily, granita with brioche and cream is an institution, a perfect combination. Usually eaten for breakfast (but obviously available at all hours of the day), it represents a moment of relaxation during long and hot summer days.
To try the various flavors: strawberry, coffee, almonds, mulberries, pistachio, lemon, etc ...
The granita is typically accompanied by excellent brioches always produced by our master pastry chefs.
The granitas worked in our laboratories are produced exclusively with pasteurized water and with selected fresh fruit, without the use of dyes and preservatives.
Lemons, oranges and red mulberries, in particular, are grown on site, harvested and immediately used for the preparation of granita.
