Cassatine. In the "Mignon", "Monoportion" and "Cake" variants and with the various traditional flavors (almond, lemon, pistachio, coffee etc.), our cassatine combine the bright colors and delicate flavors of tradition with selected and genuine ingredients, forming a truly irresistible pastry counter!

Cannoli. Our flagship product, best known and most imitated in the world. The product that more than any other encloses the love for the classic recipes of the Sicilian confectionery tradition.
Our nannolo, in the large and miniature version, contains an exquisite and crumbly wafer with an exquisite sweetened ricotta cream, classic or pistachio. The decorations, such as the chocolate grain, the cherries or the pastecchio grain, finish what we call a true masterpiece of taste.
The waffles arrive empty with the ricotta cream in comfortable buckets, for cannoli always fresh and freshly prepared.

Delight cake. Almond cake in the "Single portion" and "Cake" variants, for those who cannot resist this unmistakable taste.

Sette Veli Cake. In the variants "Mignon", "Monoportion" and "Cake". The Seven Veils Cake is a masterpiece of Palermo pastry. This wonderful delight is called seven veils because it contains seven layers made up of chocolate crunchy, hazelnut Bavarian, dark chocolate Bavarian and cocoa sponge cake, all wrapped in a wonderful chocolate glaze. Composed of several layers, it requires a lot of preparation time and numerous ingredients, a real jewel of Sicilian pastry.

Martorana fruit. Another fundamental ingredient of Sicilian pastry is almonds. In this case we are talking about almond paste, also called real or martorana pasta (from the name of the church where it originated). With this dough, during the feast of the dead, desserts are created which have the shape of fruit of various types. All obviously made and decorated by hand. A delicacy beautiful to look at and good to eat.
